By downloading, accessing, or using HairSwitch AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

HairSwitch AI provides AI-powered hairstyle visualization and transformation features. Users may upload photos and generate hairstyle previews.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 4 and older. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian who permits a minor to use the App accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to upload and process that content.

You must not upload content that:

  • Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Is illegal, harmful, or abusive
  • Harasses or impersonates another person

4. AI-Generated Results

AI-generated results are provided for visualization and entertainment purposes only. Results may vary and may not reflect real-world outcomes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or effectiveness of generated results.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, its software, and its branding are owned by the developer or its licensors. Users retain ownership of their uploaded photos. Generated images are provided for personal use.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the App's source code
  • Abuse automated systems
  • Circumvent subscription restrictions
  • Interfere with the App's operation
  • Use the App for unlawful purposes

7. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
